人有追求幸福与爱情的权利，只要是真诚的, 也非故意take advantage of 对方。

so legally, you and your hu*****and should split all assets (earned during marriage).
and both need to pay child support. 
你若放弃该有的，as you feel guilty, it is a good gesture, but you need to think it thru.

When hushand and wife don't love earch other, it is painful to stay together. 
It is sad for your husand, but may be it is good for him long term.
