看看俺一万元买的狗屎运

有大师说一万元买房是撞上狗屎运。其实无不道理。这是俺$11500 的狗屎运。下面的图片秀的是其中的一个bathroom。

改造之前：
真是狗狗的poop





改造中：
把水源找到，漏水问题解决。把发霉的墙切掉，再喷mold control and clean. 用风扇，电热器烘干地面和墙。



改造之后：




开销：白纸板 $20, baseboard and chair railing $20; labor 俺上大学的宝贝儿子，和俺非常酷的25岁的至子半天时间， 可忽略不计。
