在美国藤还真谈不上敲门砖。

我LG从事HIRING很多年了，每年读的FILE里全世界的藤出来的一大把，真正招来的人很少取决于是不是藤的，象他们从事HIRING这么多年，基本上一谈话就会了解这个人EQ的高与低，不会纯粹看那个学校出来的。
