时鲜【油焖笋】

昨天朋友送来当天挖的春笋，今天一早赶紧处理了一下做了油焖笋。还记得以前小时候冬笋上市是在过新年的时候。到了初春就有春笋了，再后来有毛笋，个头很大，也是最便宜的适合做笋干等

每逢毛笋上市，弄堂里的垃圾桶处就会堆满了小山般的笋壳，是一道季节性的风景线：）

想不到美国也有很多竹林，每逢春天也有春笋可吃。

另一家朋友十几年前精挑细选种下的竹子已经成林，他家竹笋要到6月份才有，正好跟其它竹笋的时点岔开，我们也就一直有鲜笋吃，直到6月底。
