我最爱吃排骨炖豆角 得是自家种的搭架的豆角 不是西人的四季豆

1 用铁锅炖，补铁。我家每年都种，昨天去亲家地里种了，2娃也爱吃。我今天做了，豆角开水炒后快速拔凉，装袋速冻，慢慢吃。
