问一个暖气的问题

家里有两个空调系统和控温系统，一楼一个， 二楼一个， 现在是一楼暖气工作， 二楼暖气不工作了， 二楼暖气只吹冷风， 可能是什么问题。 机器是5 年左右， Lennox
