林志看进来，我买的这个 power cage 当然有 weights cable, 发觉这个部分是我非常喜欢的

当然在还没有安装 weights cable 以前我就迫不及待的用 pull up bar （可以做宽距，窄距，等距引体向上。当然雨刷器运动，hanging with leg raises, toe to bar 都可以做的）， 和 dip bar ( 这个 dip bar 放置的高度可以很方便的调节， 架子上一共有 14 个不同的高度，这样可以做很多不同的力量锻炼）做了好多不同的动作。
