羊肉这东西真是。。除了涮肉，咋整都膻

我还重料腌了一夜呢。

看来还得再重些，把羊肉味完全盖过才行。羊肉串们就是这样的。

涮肉不膻，第一可能是蘸料的关系，第二可能是切成薄片在汤里一滚，相当于飞水，把味道给滚没了。
