酒酿红枣糯米丸子

寒风呼啸的日子来了，领导吩咐：你生物博士后，养酵母是本行，做点酒酿吧。孩子们回来了，也有点不一样的东西吃。

这容易，五斤糯米泡过夜，第二天沥干，领导蒸馒头的锅拿过来蒸个30-40分钟。米饭倒大盆里凉过夜。同时烧壶开水，倒进准备用来发酵的大玻璃瓶里，消毒瓶子，也需要凉水。。。。第二天，干净干净小碗里放两粒酒药，加点凉水捣碎；凉过夜的米饭里加放过夜的凉水，用把饭团搓开成饭粒，沥掉多余的水份，把上面的酒药倒进去和米饭混均匀，再装瓶。找件羽绒服一包，放家里暖气口。

三天后领导瞄一眼：好了，小面很多水呢。尝一口，竖起大拇子：生物博士后名不虚传，培养酵母的高手。。。

一夜狂风，两个电heater开足马力保护两个bathroom，暖气打过不停。早晨起来一看：-10F，不上班了，煮碗酒酿红枣糯米丸子当早饭吧（红枣泡过夜，煮起来快点；糯米丸子有卖）。
