此时不吃，更待何时？

每次看到超胖的人，我都发自内心地感叹：瞧人家这人生，吃得多爽！想到我有两个同学节制饮食已经20年，活生生把胃饿小了，此生再无减肥之忧。听说年龄大了新陈代谢就慢了，进了更年期就更是喝凉水都可能长肉的。经过激烈的思想斗争，我决定放弃把胃饿小的企图，趁着还没太老，放开了吃！
