新手造房，有问题，就请教：builder commission 的范围是多少？

接上次的贴。

话说冬瓜上周四下班前给了final offer 40k， 马克说开发商就要42k。还给我解释说49号地卖40k是个特例，特在哪儿他半天也没给我解释清楚，倒是成功地把我给绕晕了:(。最后我们接受了42k，只加了一个要求：把两颗被风吹倒的大树按我们的要求移走。下次让dxjm看看我们的地的航拍图。

接下来就是找builder，有朋友说commission 在25-30%之间浮动，有朋友说她造房子给了10% commission。相差实在太大，明天要见builder了，还请前辈们支招！
