浴室问题求助

浴盆出水两个口，一个高（喷头），一个低，低的那个上面有一个小机关，一提喷头出水，一按下去，低的出水。我家现在这个小机关提不上来了，水只在低的出口流出，喷头出不来水，洗澡只能用浴盆，不能站着用淋浴。这是大问题吗？自己能不能修？谢谢！
