There are still many U.S.-listed China stocks which are cash rich and trading on single-digit price-to-earnings ratios, such as China Sun(CSGH.OB Quote), Cogo Group(COGO Quote), China Digital (CMTP.OB Quote) and HQ Sustainable Maritime(HQS Quote). The stocks that have been crashing in China are often trading on P/E ratios in the 40 to 60 range, and sometimes at two to three times the P/E ratio of the identical Hong Kong-listed shares. In fact, it would be surprising if this market wasn't currently correcting.
