sorry, first-time post. do not know how it was posted to 'floor' and how to move to 'bathroom'. I will add 'bathroom' in the title, hopefully it will repost to the correct place. I assume the shower pan will need to be removed and check the underground because it is loose, as the squeaky sound is lound and everywhere in the pan where you step on it.
