小件木工：木板拼画-狗

木工Intarsia，根据其具体的内容，应该翻译为木板拼画。是用木头来表现的艺术形式之一。讲究些的用不同质地，颜色的木头做成各种动物和人物等，不讲究的用同种质材配上各种染色也能取得类似的效果。这类艺术品的特点是饱满丰富，表现力强。

一般的制作过程是制图放样、拉花锯（scroll saw）切割、打磨、制作衬片、背板、染色、背板固定、涂布上漆等过程

下面是我2011年2月制作的Beagle狗，采用杉木染色的方法制作。

这是经过切割打磨后的比格狗

用橡木三夹板做衬板，并做了一个45度角相接的框架，再摆上看看如何？

每块分别染色，这是一部分

染色后放到桌子上看看效果

将染好的各个组件用木工胶水和热溶胶固定到衬板上，并喷涂4遍水溶性清漆完成涂布，最后将衬板和边框上胶固定一晚上后完工

完成后上墙效果
