我打球忽视许多家务劳动

今天休息就大扫除

一边放着听书的声音

很是惬意

 

 

一碗热腾腾的小馄饨

 

鸭脖子

吃的舒服了

休息半小时

去打匹克球

据了解打匹克球产生的多巴胺可以持续8个小时

早晨的冥想锻练

完全涵盖了一天的幸福生活

多好啊
