离婚的格式

真是什么人都敢在离婚提条件。我妹有精神病，婚前没跟人家说。婚后没完没了的闹。现在人家要离婚，我妈向人家要“精神损失费”？！这都哪儿跟哪儿啊。你不怕人家跟你要啊！理由是他白住在我家没交房租。怎麽人总是觉的别人欠自己的，就不看看自己是什么？为甚麽这种人总出现在我家？
