I heard 18/10 Stainless Steel is good. 18/10 refers to the percentages of chromium and nickel in the stainless steel alloy. Nickel is not good for human body, so why is 18/10 good? is there any 10/0 stainless pan? I found this link, it is expensive, is this better than 10/10 stainless pan?
