MILLBRAE – An unhoused woman died Wednesday morning of injuries she suffered when she was run over by a sport utility vehicle last month in Millbrae. The man San Mateo County prosecutors say the man who was behind the wheel now faces a charge of murder.

The case against 23-year-old Millbrae resident Garrett Young, however, remains on hold while doctors assess his competency to stand trial. Their reports are due Nov. 15, said District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe.
