我不需要冬天特别热。 南卡的Hilton和蔼的hilton head island, winter is over 60 degrees F for most of days. That's good enough for me to walk outside.

 

Summer, some mountian areas in North Carolina and Virginia are cool in summer. Those places don't see 90 degrees overn. Pocono Mountian area in Pennsyvania is cool in the summer as well.

 

I plan to have two places when retire. Two places can only be few hours apart and have both nice summer and winter.
