现在发烧，烧得有点糊涂了。我这里一个positive 的例子的都没有，需要做测试吗？

不知道为啥突然开始发烧，肚子不舒服，像是吃坏了东西。昨天吃了些三文鱼。然后就开始各种的不舒服。现在已经是发烧还有浑身疼了。
