我时间换算糊涂了，谁帮我看看

我买了从LA飞起北京的12：55 AM，3/30 的票， 这是3/30凌晨起飞的是吧？ 但我不住LA， 所以我要飞到LA赶上这般飞机，是不是得订3/30当天的票， 还是3/29的票？ 这凌晨对接，我有点糊涂了。谢谢
