It will only make you feel worse. You are a great older brother helping your little brother in every way you can. In comparison, what your brothee did is very selfish to say to best. However if you confront him now, you are likely to lose your brother and not get anything back since he has no money. Forgive him and stay focus on making your own life better. In most of cases, life has an interesting way to get everything worked in the long run.
