求救，家里暖气运转不停

家里设在72度，平常到了72度暖气就会停下，过后自己启动把温度维持在72度，可今天暖气不停了，一直运转着。我试着switch to off, 听到一声click, 但暖气还是不停， 已经不停运转十几个小时了，它能工作，我把温度设高设低它都能达到，就是不停运转也关不掉，会是什么问题，请大家指教。
