Reconnect the dishwasher drain to the garbage disposal directly. All my dishwasers connect to the garbage disposal directly, make sure raise the drian pipe as high as possible under the sink, to privent the water back flow from the disposal to the dishwasher. I reconnected two dishwashr to the disposal, by passed the air vent.
