With men just look for some basic factors:

1. Whether he makes you sexually satisfied. ( i don't know how much this still makes sense for men above 50 ); 2. Whether he makes you feel relaxed or entertained or makes your smarter along the way. If not whether he listens to you and takes your direction; 3. Whether he has a life and provide to the family ( if women are financially very capable you can lower the rate for financial means). 4. Whether this relationship gives you a sense of security. Don't over rate money unless you are struggling with that. If you feel like in the hell most of the time leave the relationship no matter how many millions he has.
