Better care to those kids than their parents. Their problem is financial pressure, taking their kids away will only push them to desperation and despair and can destroy the whole family. Stopping destroying them, they need counseling and financial support, not being robbed of their children! Go check out those life stories of children who grow up in foster homes. It is ugly and torturing for kids and parents.
