While, you only know it know?  You should know it earlier!  Do you know any high-ranking persons in China personally?  probabaly not.

I have classmates who come from very ‘high-ranking’ family in the social structure of China, while personal connections between me and them are never established due to my youth, naïve in school at that time.  I can let you know among them, some can afford college tuition to send their kids to USA decent universities such as Dartmoth, Berkeley, Houston, etc in year of 1990 --- just think about it, in the year 1990 many Chinese including many ordinary family in Beijing only earn monthly salary of RMB3000 as average.

有钱/有车/有房子 is surfacing symptom only, the fact is:

有关系, 有权 = 幸福, 逍遥!
