how to get my brother and sister-in-law to come for a visit

my brother and his girlfriend want to have their honeymoon in US and Canada.

He never travel abroad while she's been to other Asian countries before.

They want to come here for a visit for a month or so.

What document should I prepare? How difficult is it to invite them here?
