Home buyer tax credit question, please help!
My hu*****and bought a house before we got married and has lived in and owned the same principal residence for more than five years. I pursued a Masters degree, rented an apartment from Monday to Thursday in a different city, and communed to my hu*****and’s current principal home from Friday to Monday till we got married in 2007. We have lived together since then; but the deed of the current principal house has always been under my hu*****and’s name only. We joined purchased a new principal residence in March 2010. Do we qualify for any home buyer tax credit in the above situation? Millions of thanks to you in advance!!!

• Why not? You do not need the copy of deed -ChiefsFan07- ♂ (117 bytes) () 04/12/2010 postreply 08:21:27
