请教大师们关于short sale房

short sale房。已提交offer两个月，seller两周前已经搬出。今天agent(dual)说seller银行评估房子价值远高于房价，不愿接受offer价格（据agent说我们是最高offer，看来他也想促成deal）。agent 建议我们找自己的银行花钱进行评估。意思是可能评估甚至低于offer价格，从而促使seller银行接受offer。目前deposit check 还在agent手里。这房已经shows pending call. agent 说he is sure我们会得到，但是看起来不是这样.请教大师们，我们怎样做呢？
