“三鲜豆皮”是武汉市名点之一。用脱壳绿豆加粘米粉等磨成米浆，和鸡蛋一起做成豆皮。用蒸熟的糯米加上鲜肉，鲜菇和鲜笋等做成馅料。包起煎成金黄色，切成两寸见方装盘，味道香而不腻，爽口难忘！方子见~武汉早点－面窝，豆皮等~

光闪闪的绿豆
散发着青春的气息
什么时候最漂亮?
把她的外衣轻轻地脱去

软柔柔的面皮
白色里面透着浅浅的黄色
什么时候最水嫩?
如果是你慢慢地精心地磨出来地

香喷喷的糯米
来自于温度适宜的山区
什么时候最饱满?
既不能是软的也不能是太硬的。。

猪肉，必须是鲜的
香菇，必须是鲜的
冬笋，必须是鲜的
鲜得让人不忍离去

体形，必须是方而薄
颜色，必须是金而黄
味道，必须是香而醉
一切都让他无可挑剔！

慢慢地品上一口
细细地咀嚼几遍
只有这样才能体会
