If I were in same situation, not much to save except for

the timeshare, which you do get some benefits. It's important to take a family vacation every year, not in order to see something.

You need to put down more for children's activities as they grow, to probably $300/m.

You also have not figured in vehicle replacement cost(which should be at least $4000/yr for two dependable family cars).
