Check the electric box first.

If there are two switches, one for furnace, one for AC, then you switch off AC and turn on furnace. If there is only one labeled as AC, turn it on.

Set Honeywell control to Auto, then press Set to set the time and temperature you want(better download a manual for that model).

Since you are from Sichuan, you probably want the humidifier on too. Set it to 30(or 35, if that makes you more comfortable). Make sure the condense sump pump is also turned on(a gallon sized box at the bottom of the unit).
