As for the fee is resasonable or not. I suggest you to talk with your insurance. Because the insurance has set the price fixed for each procedure by specific code. If the dentist try to charge more. the insurance company won't allow them to do so. Therefore, you can find out if the price is right or wrong.
And basing on your policy, you also can find out what pecentage of each procdure is coverd by insurance and how much you have to pay out your own package.
So if there is any thing wrong. you can have clear and strong reasons to urge with the dentist.
Or if there is nothing wrong. I guess you just have to pay it unfortunately. :((( Seeing dentist is very very very expensive! :((((
