I bet your insurance has paid the fee for " deep cleaning". But

the insurance wont' cover 100% of deep clean . And depond on your insurance. the pecentage got covered by insurance is different. Usually, you have to pay couple of 100s out your own packet. ( I believe only 50% covered by insurance).
