I did it once recently and close the deal in August. I received an offer from capital one. The limit is $30,000.00 for 18 months with 0% apr, the fee is $199 per transaction for cash transfer. So deposit the check and paid $199 fee and use it for the down payment of the property. make sure you deposit the check two to three months earlier than the closing date, so the bank statement will not show the large deposit. Technically you can not use the credit card money to pay for the down payment.
