What if has Skin Rash?

我女儿就是老有 Skin Rash在手和腿的内关节。而且容易感冒。医生说那是Eczema。我每天给她入睡前涂Lotion，就会好些。

Skin Rash,这和感冒有关系吗？我倒是从来没把它们联系起来。
