Yes I am pretty sure. When you buy the lock for the bed room or the bath room, it can be locked from inside and it will come with a key and you can just use a nail or a coin instead. In this case you need buy the closet lock. They looks a like, you need read the label carefuly. I bought a lock for the bed room, but it turned out to be the closet lock, and I have to change it. I saw lots of tenants broke the door because they did not know how to open the door. Believe me, it is by design or it is broken already.
