验房师看到车库上面的attic 有water stain,但好象做了维护。他也不确信if the leaking if from attic or from the bathroom above the garage.我的验房师挺仔细的。主要是好几个窗子和门的木头烂了，要还。dishwater, disposal, builder in microwave are broken, one of the gutter pipe need to extended to the ground. there is a cracks in the concrete garage floor and cracks in the bathroom corner.
