最近买房

To最近买房的朋友，在报纸和Internet上读的文章。很多人最终以ListPrice的85%~90%成交。可是我看上的房，卖主怎么连5%都不肯降，牛B的不得了。本人Relocate在Naperville, 芝加哥西郊。望各位拍砖，谢了先。
