there were 3 old houses on sale same time my new houses been built. I certainly choose the new one and my next door did the same.

when the new houses on the market in a mature area it is difficult to sell old house. the buyers like to compare the old with new one. the new ones always have advantage over old ones in respect of designing. no doubt we like to buy them.
