I knew somebody turned to be very rich after went for real estate. This guy bought a multiple units after he first came to us(he was in Japan for few years)and after held for a couple years, he sold it, but the next owner got more profits than him after remodel those units. Though at that time(year 1999), this guy owns multiple houses in BayArea and San Diego. From year 2000, he became a builder and started to build houses in San Diego, now he is a 千万富翁.
