Sell the rental property in NJ

I live in NJ, I know if you sell the rental property in NJ now, you will still make a good amount of profit. If you can sell the property for $500K (based on you said you bought it for $375K a few years ago, I don't think you will have problem to sell it at $500K). Even though you don't do any investment on it, just put this $500k to the savings account or CD's, the interest rate is over 5%, your interest income alone is more than $2,000/month. So why not just sell it, then you have more cash on hands and more cash coming in every month, also you don't need to deal with any problems which most of landlord need to deal with.
