Find out why his/her credit score is so low? Based on my experience, low credit score doesn't mean he/she will be a bad tenant. I have a couple rent my place, they had very bad credit score five years when they were applying for renting my place, they told me when the hu*****and was divorcing to his ex-wife, his ex-wife put a lot of charges on the credit card and he could pay it on time, and I believe him. Cut the story shorter, this couple are great tenant. They pay the rent on time every month, and do maintains and repairs for my property, only charge me the material cost, because the hu*****and works for the federial building as M&R guy. They already stayed in my place five years and just signed another two years lease this months. So far I didn't have any bad experience as a landlord.Maybe I am just lucky.
