我同事说房价在跌(她家有人是REALTOR),可是从ZILLOW上看

房子好象没有怎么跌? ZILLOW上有房价在过去6个月的曲线, 好象从去年12月开始跌,但是从4月份有开始回升.

我在加州. L.A. ZILLOW的数据到底有多精确呢?
