In the place where I leave, If a landlord want evict a tenent, it is quit simple. First you go to sherif office get an eviction letter and fill it up send to the tenent. Second, after 10 days if they still stay in your place, go talk with the sherif and they will arrest anybody still stay there. Try to find the office who handle this problem and good luck.
