thing out from the marrige, kids, house and money. if you go to court, you have to share your 401 k with your wife, pay child support and animony? and if you loss, you have to pay the court, lawyer fee and her lawyer fee. My friend's divorce last more than two years, At the end, he lost everything and paid more than $30,000 to his exwife's lawyer. Ten years late, they still fight for something else. They only have one child, both are still not married.
Look, you already lost love from your wife, do you want to loss more? Do you want your kids hate you? you know, the money you paid to lawyer are the future their tuition fee, or the money for their food or to the Disneyland. Now You are so excited and have with hatred in your full heart. Why just separate from your wife for few months? have a vacation at grand canyon or yellow stone, or even so go somewhere do whatever you like.
