1) Clean up eveything with paper towel.
2) Turn on hot water.
3) When leak starts, use paper towel to move up the pipe and find the highest point that is wet.
4) Turn off hot water, clean up wet area. Seal off the leaky junction(all around) with silicone based sealant (from HD, $1-2). Make sure to leave no air pockets between the joint and sealant.
