Do you have young children?
If I were you, I would consider moving away. Remember: 1. your neighbor's kids may be ok (I mean not to the point of break your windows and mess up your car), but their friends may. 2. They will grow older, and if they don't get jobs they might get into drugs. Watch what your other neighbors do. If you only want to stay 1 or 2 years that might be fine.
